Ideal Venues will find you the perfect venue for your event – both in the UK and anywhere Worldwide. Having been in the industry for over 10 years Ideal Venues have secured Invaluable contacts in the hotel industry and can, therefore, powerfully negotiate with venues worldwide on your behalf to secure you the best rates and best service. Unlike many other venue finding companies, we are not tied to any suppliers, so we can genuinely find you the right venue for your needs.

The service we provide is complimentary to our clients, thus ensuring that no additional expenses are passed on to our client. We work on a Sole Agency basis. This means that we alone will work on the enquiry, to the exclusion of other companies and agents. We will not take on an enquiry that is already being undertaken by another client and this is due to the fact that we would be put in a position where the venues have no reason to negotiate as they would feel confident that they have secured the business without any concessions being given. The only person who suffers on these occasions is the client.

We attend Industry Trade Shows to keep us up to date with the best and newest UK and International venues and we have also been given a TIDS (Travel Industry Designator Service) code by IATA in Geneva, Switzerland as accreditation to recognise and facilitate our connections within the travel industry.

Please email us at info@ideal-venues.com with your request and we will respond immediately. Ideal Venues will then send you a proposal of venues for you to consider, which will be held on your behalf while you consider the options. Once you have decided on a favorite or a few favorites, we will arrange site inspections for you and can also accompany you should you wish. When you have decided on the perfect venue for your event, Ideal Venues will confirm everything on your behalf and the venue will then issue contracts and deal with you directly to arrange deposits, payments and final details.

Ideal Venues can also help you with additional services such as photographers, florists, entertainment, speakers, audiovisual equipment, corporate gifts, activities and transportation.
